Array Names Debra Phillips, AIA as Core Team Leader, Planning

KING OF PRUSSIA, PA – Array Healthcare Facilities Solutions, a leading national healthcare architecture, interior design, planning and advisory services firm, is pleased to announce the promotion of Debra Phillips, AIA to Core Team Leader, Planning.

Phillips has extensive experience in healthcare planning and design.  Since completing the prestigious healthcare planning concentration during graduate architecture studies at Texas A&M University, she has held high-profile leadership roles for both new and renovated health and healthcare science facilities.  She joined Array in 2005 as a Senior Project Architect, following previous positions with HCM for four years and RTKL for sixteen.  Phillips is a past board member of the Baltimore Chapter of the American Institute of Architects, and has been involved with numerous special interest organizations throughout her career.

In this new position, Ms. Phillips will lead a project team dedicated to focused facility and master planning services, bridging the natural transition between the firm’s advisory services group and more traditional architectural practice.

“Debbie was a natural choice to assume this role”, says Array’s Vice President of Operations, George Shmidheiser, AIA.  “Since joining the firm, she has illustrated exemplary leadership and project management expertise.  We are confident that her skills and attention to detail will satisfy the needs of client partners as well as attract and retain new ones.  We are very excited about the potential for this practice.”
